Warranty Returns
All of our products are covered by the relevant manufacturer’s warranty terms, on a return to base basis.
You will be responsible for postage/shipping cost of returning the item to us, but if the item is found to be faulty we will cover the cost of sending the repaired/replacement item back to you.
If no fault is found, we will return the item with shipping cost to be covered by yourself.
Please note for all international sales you will be responsible for the shipping costs as above.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to sales@k9vanbuildersolutions.co.uk to get a returns number before sending your item to K9 Van Builder Solutions, Unit 6F Lakesview Business Park Thomas Way Hersden CT3 4JZ.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact us in the first instance. You should then mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund, together with the 5% restocking charge.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
